How long is maximum time limit for ballroom usage?

 

You can use the ballroom for up to 8 hours, or from morning until late noon.

 

What if I run out of food quota while there are still plenty of plates available?

 

As long as there are plates availabe, we will serve the whole food ordeal, ranging from main course, semi main course to vegetable.

 

What do you mean by "pax"?

 

"Pax" means packages or persons. 35 pax means for 35 people.

 

How many pax should I order?

 

It depends on the number of your invitations. Usually 1 invitation consists of 2 persons. Usually 85% of the invitations will attend the party.

 

So if you have 200 invitations:

200 x 2 x 85% = 340

So you should order 340 pax.

 

This advice serves as guidelines only, not as the only dependable factor in deciding.

 

 

How much should I pay if I order 400 pax?

 

Additional 1 pax = 35.000

Additional 200 pax = 7.000.000

Total: 12.500.000 (package) + 7.000.000 (additional) = 19.500.000,-

 

So you should pay Rp.19.500.000,-

 

 

When should I pay the down payment?

 

You should pay the down payment as soon as you get the confirmed marriage date. This will serve as a guarantee, so that no one else can book on that particular date.

 

 

How much should I pay for the down payment?

 

You can pay Rp.1.500.000,-.

 

Are there any additional charges outside the packages?

 

There will be an additional charges should you decide to bring your own food / drinks stalls. It costs Rp.200.000 / stall

 

There is no additional charge for lighting, outside decoration, etc.

 

Will there be any hotel staffs in charge of the food?

 

Yes, we provide the staffs who will continually refill the food and drinks.

 

 

What is included in th standard decoration?

 

Standard decoration includes but not limited to bride and groom chairs, parents chairs, VIP tables, stage decor, column decor, red carpet, mini garden by the stage, bride and groom initial carvings, wedding gate.

 

 

Can I use outside decor team?

 

You are welcomed to do that.

 

Do you have any reference for wedding decoration?

Can I hold the religion wedding rite at Hotel Angkasa?

 

Yes, you can hold it in the morning before the guests come.

 

 

Can I rent the ballroom only and bring outside food and drinks?

 

Sorry, it is not possible at the moment.

 

What if there is a blackout occuring when the party is going?

 

We have a large capacity genset for the whole hotel. The party can resume as normal.

 

Is the room included?

 

Yes, we provide Angkasa Suite which is equipped with living room. This is our best room type.

 

Will you do the decor on the room?

 

The room will not be decorated. It is usually done by outside decor team (if exists)

 

What should I prepare, that is not included in the package?

 

You should order photographer, cameraman, and wedding dress.

 

Why don't you include wedding photo, video, and dress in the package?

 

Photo, video, dan wedding dress involve personal taste.

 

What is the maximum capacity of the ballroom?

 

It depends on how long the party is. We have served 650 people in a 4-hour party before.

 

Will the parking space suffice?

 

We have ample parking space, enough for 650-pax party.
